Help Support Us

Volunteering

Volunteering opportunities are available in all Nightsafe projects, for the housing projects this may involve over night work.   As part of our commitment to safeguarding young people we do ask volunteers for two references and you will also require a CRB (Criminal Record Check).  In return we offer all our volunteers a full induction and training, as well as the support of staff.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer with Nightsafe please email us via the contact us page on this website.  You can also contact us directly by phoning Paula Kaniuk on 01254 587687 to arrange to come in and have a chat.

Making a donation

We are always very grateful for donations of money as this helps us to provide accommodation and to help young people who would otherwise be on the street.  If you would like to make a donation please visit our JustGiving page or you may prefer to contact us on 01254 587687.

We always need and accept donations of tinned and packet food as we make over 5000 meals a year and also help young people with food parcels when they move on or have other financial problems.  We also provide young people with toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel & shampoo etc.

Nightsafe relies on the kind support of our local community to enable us to carry out our work with young homeless people.
