Blackburn Students Design The New Nightsafe Logo
Students from Blackburn College studying a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design were given the opportunity to redesign Nightsafe's dated logo. The first year students rose to the challenge and they produced a range of contemporary designs but in only one could be chosen. In the end it came down to two designs that were impossible to choose between, so both were chosen!
Matt Aspin and Lewis Garforth's designs were both well received so they were asked to work together and combine their efforts to produe the final logo.
Matt and Lewis began there work on this project approimately one year ago (February 2010) when Tom Holder and Lisa Grundy from Nightsafe approached the college offering them an opportunity to work on this project. So it is about time their fine efforts are put on display here! Thank you Matt and Lewis.
